Once upon a time there was a TOWN called PLANET. It had evolved from a collection of small families to a grouping of large enclosed neighborhoods.

On an Island in the center of PLANET lived the thirty percent of the population who had commandeered 90 percent of PLANET'S resources for themselves. These very affluent people called themselves US and referred to all the rest of the people who surrounded their Island as THEM.

The majority of the US people were white and even a larger majority of the THEM people were shades of brown or yellow. In order to sustain their high standard of living the US people were able to use their wealth to exploit the people surrounding the US Island.

There came a day when the THEM people woke up to the fact that they were just as worthy of PLANET'S resources as the US people and they began to become resentful. Their resentment was inflamed by their own leaders who were self-seeking the same power and affluence they envied in the US leaders.

This was further complicated by the fact that most of the US people were loosely affiliated Christians, many of whom believed God had given them exclusive stewardship of the earth and the only key to the hereafter, while most of the THEM people were of other faiths who also claimed the inside track to salvation. Each group had a core of fanatics who were willing to become martyrs to their faith in order to assure their special place in Heaven.

Frightened by the hostile attack and the threat of more violence to come from the THEM parts of PLANET, the US people prayed to their God,

"Oh Lord how could you let this happen to us! After all we have done for these people, how can they turn against us?

We allow them to live among us and pay them to work in our fields and clean our houses.

We help their economy by moving our factories to their countries and hiring their poorest women and even their little children to make us cheap clothing.

We protect them by taking every precaution to make sure that only our righteous US leaders are the ones with the power to make and use Nuclear Power.

We sell THEM and their Advertisers our Television Sitcoms, our showcase to display our moral climate and the affluent life they have helped to provide for us in our self-made Utopia in the middle of PLANET.

We no longer consider it politically correct to treat non-white people as inferior branches of the human race.

And at our own expense, for years, we have been sending out Missionaries, to inform THEM that they got their various Gods all wrong and that believing in the US God is the only way they will be allowed into our Heaven when they die."

" Please ," the US people beseeched their Almighty,"Oh Lord, after we have done all these things, explain why are all of THEM so ungrateful to US?

So the US people consulted the wise ALMOST US people who lived in a suburb called Canada who explained the facts of HUMAN NATURE to them. "How would you feel towards your already rich neighbor who wins the lottery and shows off his wealth and arrogantly pushes you around? Eh?"

"Dear Lord, we took our 90 percent of PLANET'S remaining resources and divided it equally among US and THEM. There were so very manyTHEM that after we gave 90 percent of our possessions away for them to share, it made very little difference to them, but we became equally poor.

But the people we call THEM still didn't like us. They discriminated against us and took advantage of us because we were the white minority. And now that we have no means of protection they are all grabbing some of our share to add to theirs.

And they still don't like each other. They took their 90 percent share of nuclear knowledge and now each group is threatening to invade or destroy the other.

And strong corrupt leaders have risen among THEM who are beginning to commandeer a larger share of everything for themselves and their families.

We are afraid the day will soon come when another group will be the ones controlling 90 percent of Planet's wealth and property and this time it won't be US.

Please Lord," they begged, "Tell us what we should do? We are in dire straights. Our standard of living will soon be lower than all of THEM . What should we do now?
